April 11 - 13, 2008

Vendor Information and Registration

Please register by April 1st (no fooling!)

Remember to pick up a schedule and vendor directory when you check in / register with Liz Dunbar in Atlantic Oceanside Rm 104

Vendor information - We will post any changes as soon as we know about them.

  1. Vendors need an annual license, $100 this year, which will cover you for Columbus Day weekend as well. Call the Dewey Beach Town Hall for more informatin and an application. The toll-free # for Town Hall is 1-877-227-6331 (toll free.)
  2. You may vend from your rooms, only. No street vending. In Rehoboth Beach, we were told, you need no vending license to vend from your room.
  3. Please donate up to three small items to be used as contest prizes. Take them to Sherry Hall at Long Neck Deco or Liz Dunbar in AO 104 when you check in.
  4. Please send your location and room number as soon as possible so that we can compile a directory to hand out. The directory will be organized by location so people can find you easily. If you would like anything more than your name and location listed in the directory, please send that in digital form also. We're hoping general registration fees (no fee for vendors) will cover the costs of printing and that sort of thing this year.
  5. If you would like a flyer or handout or anything else included in the goody bag every registrant receives, send it to Liz Dunbar or bring it to AO 104 Thursday or early Friday.
Send to: Liz Dunbar | 2107 Nuttal Ave | Edgewood, MD 21040
